Because these items are made specifically to your unique preferences, I hope you can understand that I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these personalized creations.
That said, your happiness with my work means everything to me. If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll happily work with you to resolve it and, if necessary, provide a replacement at no extra cost.
