Q: What is the most critical step to ensure my decal stays on the wall? A: You MUST remove the clear transfer tape after applying the decal to the wall. If you leave the transfer tape on, the decal is too heavy and will fall off. Make sure only the vinyl decal remains on the wall.
Q: How do I properly apply the decal?
A: Follow these simple steps for a perfect application:

Position your decal on your chosen surface and place a long strip of masking tape down the middle.

Carefully peel back the transfer tape away from the backing paper, making sure the design is on the transfer film, and then cut away the backing paper.

Using the tool we provide in the package or a credit card, rub over the transfer paper focusing mainly on the design area.

Remove the strip of masking tape, and then carefully remove the remaining half of the backing paper.

Lower the transfer paper back onto the wall and firmly rub over the design working outwards.

Critical Step: Slowly peel off the clear transfer tape starting from one corner.
Q: The decal design is quite large. How can I make it easier to put up? A: If needed, you can cut the decal into smaller pieces for easier application.
Q: How long can I store the decal before putting it on my wall? A: We recommend that you please apply the decals within 3 weeks of receipt.
Q: How do I safely remove the decal later without damaging the paint? A: If the decal is difficult to peel off, gently heat it with a hairdryer for a few seconds. This will soften the adhesive and ensure a clean, damage-free removal.
